Ways To Get Better Sleep

The average teenage needs to sleep for at least 8-10 hours. Right now I probably sleep for 7. It is important to get a good nights sleep. It ensures that you won't be tired the next day. Also a good nights sleep is necessary to be able to focus during the day.

Here are some tips to sleep on time, and have a good sleep:

  • Keep electronics away from wherever you are sleeping
  • Don't be on a device(if possible) at least for 30 minutes before you sleep
  • Choose outfits for the next day, so you can get a little extra sleep
  • Pack all supplies needed for school
  • Set two alarms one for 15 minutes before you are supposed to wake up. This helps force your mind to start waking up. That way it won't take longer to get up
  • Drink a cup of hot water, it relaxes your mind and muscles
  • Do homework in school, or try to finish it as fast as you can
The early bird gets the worm: A benefit of sleeping on time and having a good nights sleep.

Slacker

Slacker is one of my favorite novels by Gordon Korman Cameron Boxer is very happy to spend his life avoiding homework, hanging out with his friends, and gaming for hours in his basement.
