Enhancing The Diamond

Chapter 3

After arriving in Japan Emma Yoo takes everybody to her house where they will stay. Emma then told everybody “ My father will be arriving in a few hours.” Daphne then says “can we go to Jumpers the amusement park, I heard they have a 100 miles per hour.” Emma chuckles at her friends love for roller coasters and told them they can go. Emma gives the gang spicy chips to eat, then Noah and Scooby breathe out fire! Before leaving Emma’s mom pops out of the kitchen startling everybody except Daphne and Emma. She then runs up to hug Daphne and introduce herself. “I am Angel Dynamite, Emma’s mom, you all have fun and stay safe.” 

Daphne could not contain her excitement on the way to the amusement park. After arriving at the amusement park Daphne dashed out of the car to the world’s biggest roller coaster, Bizarro! Only 20 people were in front of her before she got on the ride. Due to safety reasons the park assistants only allowed one person at a time. Nobody else in the gang wanted to go on the roller coaster so when she waved them over they looked and then walked away. Most of the people in line were afraid to go on so the ushered Daphne to go ahead. Daphne yelled “Fred, Anna, Emma, Scooby, and Noah it is my turn to go on.” All of their eyes look over to Daphne. Scooby and Noah about to scarf down 20 sandwiches altogether ( I am serious about this one folks), Fred meeting the mechanical engineer, Anna meeting her favorite author, and Emma going on a small roller coaster. Three, Two, One and blastoff! Daphne lurches forward and yells “Woohoo!” The ride suddenly stops, Daphne does not notice that it stops. Then it restarts and then when Daphne opens her eyes she sees that the ride starts to fall apart. A vampire appears next to the control board of the ride and breaks it. That was the only way for Daphne to get off. The crumbling nears Daphne, and she helplessly falls into the ground with all the other parts of the roller coaster.

Fred yells “Daphne!” He starts to search for her through the ride pieces. An ambulance and police vehicle arrive. 

Uh oh!

Knock, knock Who’s there? Justin Justin who? Just in time to login to school for the day. I started 6th grade in the beginning of September. Due to remote learning my classes have been taken remotely. In class we learn something new every day. I always wonder how 6th grade would have been if this global pandemic had never happened.  All of my teachers are really friendly and nice. Why did the Chromebook look so sad during math class?Because it had so many problems!! Just like that remote learning can have many problems but my teachers keep me engaged in class lessons or doing classwork. In science I enjoy playing Blooklet and learning about the mysteries of light. In math I enjoy being able to understand function concepts easily. A Little Bit About Me 2020

Hi, my name is Diya Sudhagar. I am currently eleven years old I have four people in my family including me. I have a little sister named Isha, who is in second grade at Welch Elementary. I also have my mom and dad. An area of interest that I have is singing. I came to be interested in it at a young age, maybe around 2 or 3. My parents enrolled me in Hindustani Classical Music when I was around 3-4. I am still learning now and I have performed  many times.  I listen to so many songs, when studying, eating, car rides, movies, restaurants, etc. I feel just that music is a special part of me.   My talents are reading, imagination, organizing, singing, and dancing. I use my talent of organizing to stay neat while doing schoolwork. I use the talent of dancing to dance with my family and friends when we put songs to dance to. Apple Picking

Around the end of August my family and another family went apple picking at Kuipers Family Farm. It was the perfect time to go, not too hot, not too cold. A new attraction they had were Sunflower Fields. There were so many beautiful sunflowers. My favorite part about the sunflower fields  🌻 were that each person could pick a sunflower to take home. My little sister's flower was tiny, while mine was medium sized. Whenever we go there we always get fresh donuts from the farm. I would say doing going here is a yearly tradition. Picking fresh apples from the apple trees, and eating them is scrumptious. At the end of our visit all the kids go on a train ride across the apple trees, tunnels, and beautiful flower fields.  Facts about many farms Many times fruits are picked earlier than they should be or have been sprayed with chemicals, but at farms you can pick them fresh without any chemicals Farmers will have to grow 70 percent more food than what is currently produced to feed the wor
