Happy Valentines Day

Happy Late Valentines Day!!!!!!! I had a lot of fun celebrating it with my friends. Our parents had gone out for breakfast so my oldest friend who is in high school was babysitting us. We played so many games.

A game I enjoyed playing was LASER TAG!!!!! I loved it because I won every game as the second oldest. The other 3 kids were 7 and 8. We were so tired after we finished but we still wanted to play more.

We did a few crafts and making a mask was one of them. Out of all 5 of us mine was the plainest, while everybody else had completely filled theirs in. Before it was colored it reminded me of a panda so that is why I chose it.

We stayed there from the morning till the late afternoon, playing & chatting. I loved playing with them because they are all so active and fun to run around with.

6th Grade

Knock, knock Who’s there? Justin Justin who? Just in time to login to school for the day. I started 6th grade in the beginning of September. Due to remote learning my classes have been taken remotely. In class we learn something new every day. I always wonder how 6th grade would have been if this global pandemic had never happened. All of my teachers are really friendly and nice. Why did the Chromebook look so sad during math class?Because it had so many problems!! Just like that remote learning can have many problems but my teachers keep me engaged in class lessons or doing classwork. I really appreciate all of the hard work they have done to make 6th grade enjoyable. I enjoy listening to Hoot&Hollers(book talks) in ELA. In science I enjoy playing Blooklet and learning about the mysteries of light. In math I enjoy being able to understand function concepts easily. A Little Bit About Me 2020

Hi, my name is Diya Sudhagar. I am currently eleven years old I have four people in my family including me. I have a little sister named Isha, who is in second grade at Welch Elementary. I also have my mom and dad. An area of interest that I have is singing. I came to be interested in it at a young age, maybe around 2 or 3. My parents enrolled me in Hindustani Classical Music when I was around 3-4. I am still learning now and I have performed many times. I listen to so many songs, when studying, eating, car rides, movies, restaurants, etc. I feel just that music is a special part of me. Apple Picking

Around the end of August my family and another family went apple picking at Kuipers Family Farm. It was the perfect time to go, not too hot, not too cold. A new attraction they had were Sunflower Fields. There were so many beautiful sunflowers. My favorite part about the sunflower fields 🌻 were that each person could pick a sunflower to take home. My little sister's flower was tiny, while mine was medium sized. Whenever we go there we always get fresh donuts from the farm. I would say doing going here is a yearly tradition. Picking fresh apples from the apple trees, and eating them is scrumptious. At the end of our visit all the kids go on a train ride across the apple trees, tunnels, and beautiful flower fields.
