The Outsiders

The Outsiders.                         Written by: S.E. Hinton.                       Reviewed by: Me                                    In school we had to read this book in second quarter. It was so good, it had many plot twists and kept me reading. I wanted to finish reading the book as soon as I started. Ponyboy was part of the Greasers. There were two big groups in the neighborhood, the Socs, and the Greasers. The Socs were rich, spoiled kids, while the Greasers were poor kids. Many times the Socs jumped the Greasers when they were walking alone. Pony's parents died in a car crash, so the only family he has left is his fun brother Soda, and his oldest brother Darry. One night Pony and another Greaser, Johnny were in the park. They meet a bunch of Socs are there. They start an argument and they were drowning Pony. Something bad happens which you would need to read to find out.

Slacker

Slacker is one of my favorite novels by Gordon Korman Cameron Boxer is very happy to spend his life avoiding homework, hanging out with his friends, and gaming for hours in his basement. But one day he almost lets his house burn down while gaming. Oh no..... It's time for some serious damage control and his parents say he has to join an after school club, otherwise they will take away his video games. Then Cameron and his friends invent a fake school club that will make it seem like they're doing good deeds instead of slacking off. There is one problem though. Some kids think the club is real--and Cameron is stuck being president. Soon Cameron is part of a mission to save a beaver named Elvis from certain extinction. Along the way, he makes some new friends--and some powerful new enemies. The guy who never cared about anything is now at the center of everything . . . and it's going to take all his slacker skills to win this round. I love this book because it hila...

Dancing

Youtube Link to my Dance Dance: Kuttunadan Punjayile Sang by: Vidya Vox Danced by: Diya and Isha During the summer Isha and me wanted to do something fun so we decided to do a dance fusion. We combined classical Bharatanatyam with Western dance. We have been taking Bharatanatyam since we were little. It is really fun! We continue to learn it advancing higher and higher after each dance taught. It took us a long time to choreograph it with many obstacles, but at the end it turned out awesome for our first one.  My sister and I learn Bharatanatyam from Guru  Vanitha Veervalli . I hope you like watching it!!!
